To arrive or not depends on the decision of the traveller; and to arrive at a peaceable destination or not also depend on him or her. As a traveller faces problems and difficulties so will we all face. It is like a constructor making a way; he will meet trees, rivers and ponds, hills and mountains. <br />Meeting Mountains will not stop him; he will erode the mountains and make them flat. Whilst eroding these mountains, he will get precious stones of which some will aid him in making the road. If things come to worse, he will channel the road into the mountains and keep on.<br />Life is like this, we should not avoid problems, we give them chance of enlarging themselves to us; instead, we should call them challenges to face or battles. Nothing is easy to come by, creation is not easy, you must seat is the law. In Genesis 1 verses 1—3 of the Bible, God demonstrated something worth learning: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. In addition, the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. In addition, the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Moreover, said, Let there be light and there was light.<br />This God who created the things seen and unseen and spoke into darkness is your creator who created you in His likeness—this means you and I are God’s glory made manifest in flesh with his spirit in us. We can change situations only if we are willing; though it will not be easy or cheap, but we must be holy because this God is holy.<br />Before explaining the above, may I please let you know that, as a farmer will never stop disturbing the earth in his search for food and as baby will not stop worrying the mother; so will we never be very free from challenges. It is only when we get to heaven that we will be free. What the above Biblical text teaches me are these: <br />1. BUILDING: If you want to build a house, first you need to level the land and make sure all your materials are ready on the land. With the materials ready, the buildings will start; this makes the place dirty with things scattered, but as time goes on things will begin to take shape with the place being neat as you carry on--- disorder before order.<br />2. PAINTING: Think about painting a room for an instance, if you want to paint a room, the room will be spitted with paint and later after the painting, the room will be cleaned and the place will look beautiful ---- disorder before order.<br /> 3. RELOCATION: Assuming you live in a place and you move to a place, after packing all your goods into the new place it will make the place so scattered, but as you gradually take your time to arrange, things will take shape and the beauty will come --disorder before order.<br />4. MEDICAL OPERATION: If someone is suffering of particular abdominal issue that needs operation, the body must be cut to restore that order. The surgeons will not like it, but it must be done -- disorder before order.<br />With above examples you can understand that every process of life starts with disorder--(uncomforted before comfort).There is a price to pay for all that we want, and if we will patiently tackle things we will attain victories.<br />God spoke to make things be in order to serve as an example to you and us and I can learn. <br />PULLING OTHERS UP<br />There is a saying that “God proposes and man disposes”, this true but not all men. My Pastor Paul Takyie Gbinu Ahialey once said in one of his messages that some people are like crabs. When you put a number of crabs in an item that a little rat or ant can get out of, you will come and meet these crabs dabbling and struggling in, in spite of their strength.<br /> The reason is simple, each does not want the other to get out and instead of focusing to escape, and they focus on struggling amongst themselves.<br />This is exactly what is happening amongst many on the earth today including some of our so many leaders; they talk about immigrants and make laws against them not remembering their genealogy.<br /> Instead of focusing on solution to help, they focused on how to eliminate migration which no one can ever stop it till The Great Owner come to rule his world. This is because in every house, it is the owner that rules, and not strangers as God has given us the opportunity and we are destroying it. Can you build a house and give to someone to rule as God has done and have the patience even as they are destroying it as its happening on earth today?<br />My senior Pastor W. F. Kumuyi also said that we should be in the business of lifting others up, we should not be like African witches whose business is to pull others down and are the same and dirty as they were twenty years ago.<br />He made it clear that, for one to lift someone up, she or she must be up (standing); and for one to pull someone up, that person must be down on the floor.<br />Both Pastors are all right, and have reasoned greatly. As you look at creation, man and trees, they all grow up towards heaven. This is because; there is someone there who is in the business of drawing all unto Himself. He is GOD. Nevertheless, as he is pulling up, many too here pull down.<br />Think about the abortion that human commit, think about the way many slice others, think about killing others—can they make or create a hair? <br />Vices are beyond mention, and the story of JOSEPHS in Bible are great to me because all these Josephs interpreted others dreams and help them --- Joseph, the son of Jacob; Joseph the caretaker of Jesus and Joseph of ARIMETHEA.<br />Among these, am interested in the first. God planned a very great destiny for him but his brothers made all plans to tarnish this destiny but God that can change destinations from that of humankind to his changed the plans from bad to good and He will do that for you now, Amen.<br />Though Joseph went through hells, at the end what God has said came to be and all his brothers bowed to him. The brothers at the time of Joseph’s greatness were poorer than they were but Joseph as one who knows the principle and laws governing life uplifted them.<br />NEVER PULL ANY DOWN, with your mouth or body, never and God will pull you to greater heights. <br />Self-image<br />Making progress in life depends on so many factors, and the above is one of it. An individual who wants progress must allow those factors to be part of his or her own life if they mean to succeed. Think about obedience, discipline, humility, faithfulness and relationship for example. In this, am going to talk about some few of them in a way that will make you have fun as you continue with me, and I do pray that God will enrich your life through these.<br />Early 2005 I attended a conference that challenged me a lot. At the conference, the preacher wisely preached on the alphabets of progress, a message that I can help you obtain if you want. This message rang and rang in my ears like a baby and its mother. Pastor W. F. Kumuyi, PHD said that if we are willing to progress in life, we must always start with the first alphabet of progress which is A. A stands for the word accept. <br />He said, those wiling to progress must accept Jesus, others before himself or herself (yourself), and this gives us “JOY” where J is for Jesus, O for others and Y is for you.<br />Very many of us go through life gambling with what we have. Some of us go on grumbling, lamenting instead of focusing. They focus on non-essentials rather than essentials and by the time, they know it is already late for them to do what they were supposed to do. What a misery is it to waste life and talents that could have been of help to many?<br />To be able to make it in life, we all need to stay focused and faithful. These are the basic keys for achievers. Without focus, a car light or touch light cannot travel far. Think about somebody riding a bicycle or driving a car, if that person refuses to focus, he or she will be off the road or may run into another car or bicycle.<br />The same thing applies to life as well. It is therefore very important to have undiverted attention in whatever you want to do in this life. For example, in our world today people do complain that they do not hear the voice of God. The issue is that we are so busy and have focused our attention on materialistic things that when God speaks we do not understand. Friend of mine, diverted attention leads to failure.<br />Friend, what am trying to say is that, we should accept who we are without worries and give God the glory and He will glorify Himself in us. This is because; to make success in life depends on, first acceptance.<br />As the artist creates the image the way she wants to see it, so did God create us the way He want to see us. Beautiful or ugly as I am, one thing I know is that God created me and He loves me so much as His own image. Being black, short, white is not the issue. The issue is, I am saved and a son of God who created the universe. <br />Having this qualification gives me the liberty to be myself and own all the good things that my father provided for me at the beginning. However, this does not give me the guarantee to mess up with his word that he used to create all things. He is love as well as consuming fire.<br /> My loving one, any limitation you come across is self-imposed, and nobody’s imposition Psalm 8 and 2.<br />Let me tell you something funny, Satan does abuse some people’s lives because they do not know their identity in Jesus Christ. Who is Satan? Does he have earthly body? If he does not have earthly body, which implies that he has no passport or visas into your life and property. He is only an intruder.<br /> Do not allow him to take advantage of you. He is nobody. He is a vagabond. He has no home here on earth and in heaven as well. He is an intimidator. Be wise and sack him out of your premises in Jesus Name.<br />My loving one, you see, the problem is always with us and not God as some do say. We are the creators of our own hells and heavens as well as our failures and success’. Somebody said that we are what we think. You see, what we think become our attitude and action, our attitude and actions became our character, and our character becomes our future or destiny as some call it. The contract you sign in your mind will be permanent. What are you signing and writing there?<br />I have been living in Italy for more than six years now. My personal research has proved that the greatest barrier to black Immigrants in Italy is not racism. Although racism exists, the greatest problem as I see is the language. The language is the greatest barrier for many immigrants. Not knowing this, many have the mindset that it is racism, and thus they continue in mediocrity instead of heroism.<br />Although there are many opportunities in the system, some of them continue to circulate this odd information around instead of encouraging the young who are coming up.<br />Friend, you may have a similar problem in your life, and my key is, does not believe this. Counteract that by seeking the right information. When you obtain information, you will know what is around you and get rid if negative image that the world is trying to put on you. <br /> There are certain people in life who think that because they did not make it somewhere, other people too cannot make it. Many years ago, when I came to Italy, I was advised by my pastor’s wife by name Georgina that I should learn the language. In trying to do this, one evening, I met a man who told me that I should ignore the language because it is not important. My reply to him was, “dad, I cannot, because it will help me in the future.”<br />If I had allowed his voice to hinder me, I would have hindered my future. What I mean is, my first book was in Italian, and the counsel came from the director of the school. Though I had the dream, this woman propelled the dreams fulfilment. Her name is Luiza.<br />My dear friends, if you will like to make progress in life do not allow your image to sink, because people who sink die soon. They cannot swim. Allow that image and give it the energy to grow and fly without stepping on anyone.<br />To develop your image, you must reject self-pity and the past. Have you failed? That is the past. Once you are in Christ, remember that He has made you new and a son after his own image. Without rejecting your bitter past, you cannot do better in life. The only thing that it can do for you is you learn the better things out of them. Let them serve as experience and move on into the future ahead of you.<br />Progress in your life will always begin from where you are. Accept yourself and move on to achieving what you want. Make use of the available resources and people around you. God knows that you can and you surely can do that. Move on now! Think about Joseph in the bible, he discovered that his only hope was God and nobody. <br />Joseph saw God as his source and resource of progress and it became real to him. He decided to use his dreaming experience to help others, and God glorified Himself in that and made him to be free and king in a land where he was once a slave.<br />My loving friend, I have good news for you from my friend Isaiah. Can you please read Isaiah 52 vs., 2 and Isaiah 60 vs. 2 for me before we continue? God will bless you if you do that for me. Amen. The call of Isaiah to you is that you should wake up, after waking up, you need to arise and shine not as the stars as the world believe, but as the sun. You must make a difference because you are a daughter and son of God.<br />The danger of self-pity<br />Self-pity is a product of past events. It could be because of demotion, loss, disappointment or failure. It is a killer of talents, seeds and great men. It is a deceiver and an enemy of the brighter future ahead of people. It can prevent someone from getting to where God has ordained him or her to reach.<br />If self-pity is in your life, please do pray it out and deal with it before it deals with you. Do not think that you are a failure. The fact that you have failed somewhere does not mean that you should give up. The fact that some people do not like you does not mean that the world has rejected you. The fact that you have lost something or someone does not mean that you cannot go on in life. There is nobody in life that has not experienced a barrier along his or her way. Each person you see is having a problem. The secret is, do not look at the problem continuously, but rather look at how you can erode that problem and go on. This is because, if you dodge it, the same problem will present itself again. It is like learning mathematics, if you do not understand the beginning you cannot go on. The best thing is to understand the beginning if you want to keep on.<br />My dear, the good news is that there are more rooms at the top. There are more fishes if you will launch into the deep. Please, do stop the comments and laments and keep on keeping on. Wipe away the tears of misery, and move. When Paul looked at his past lifetime, activities, he saw many horrible things that grieved him more than ever. However, he encouraged himself as a child of God and said, “therefore if any man or woman be in Christ, she or he is a new creature: old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.”<br /> My dear, the Prophet Isaiah has a message for you today if you will exercise patience and read (Isaiah 52 vs. 1—4; 60 vs. to the end; Isaiah 43 vs. 18—21 and Isaiah 40 vs. 25—31).<br />Self-pity invites poverty, sickness and failure. Please, do try to shake it off from your life if it comes to you. Jabez, blind Bartemeus and Jephtah shook it off to enable them become successful. If Jesus had allowed self-pity to grip, Him He would not have gone to the cross for you and me. After the ‘talitha cumi’, the dead rose and walk. If she had remained there, her veins will have seized again. After listening to words of encouragement, arise, move, and do not sit down.<br />Please, do ask God to renew your strength like the eagle, and tell Him to increase your anointing for greater works. Please, do read 1 John 2 vs. 27.<br />My dear, this is the day that The Lord has made (Psalm 118 vs. 8) for you and me to rejoice and do all things through him that strengthens us.<br />Developing self-pity is like putting oneself into a pit. What can one gain by doing this? My final word to you is, forward ever, backwards never. Do not be discouraged. Discouraged people do achieve vain. If a thorn enters into your flesh, what you must do is to take it out though it is painful and move on with courage. May God heal all your broken hearts and pains with the fruits of his kingdom, AMEN.<br />Please, read this message:<br />Why do I arrow into my mind, negative thoughts when there are good goods?<br />Why do I narrow my access and success, when my God has a large world and have given it to me?<br />Why do I weep in the week like a weak?<br />Why do I sorrow like a slave when my saviour has set me free?<br />Why do I worry at all despite all the assurance and insurance of God to my life?<br />Now I have understood, that success or not depends on my daily thoughts. This must I change, if I want to change the future of my life.<br />
