Meaning:  Holiness: A. Holy- adj; “qodesh” Free from sin, consecrated, sacred 1. Consecrate- 1 pet 2:9 -act of setting apart 2. 1 Samuel1:11 (26-28, 28:20- 21) B. Holiness-noun; hagios meaning holy old testament: “qdsh”
 Service -Noun; latin word “Servatum”; slavery; 1. Diakonia- “to run on errands”, aid as a servant, ministry, relief and hence, service; English word: “Beacon” 2 Cor 11:8- “Paul said I might minister you” Rom 15:31- “Ministration” Rev 2:19- “Ministry”
2. Latreia- to render religious homage - menial service to God and so worship John 16:2 Rom 9:4 Rom 12:1- Spiritual Service Heb 9: 1, 6
3. Leitourgia- “to perfrom religious or charitable functions”, worship, obey, minister and hence, a public function priestly or charitable service -”liturgy” 2 Cor 9:12 Phil 2: 17-30
