The Manager works for a Company
We
make
stuff!
But, there is a problem
The workers are not motivated
Workers are not motivated

The Manager needs to figure out how to
increase employee motivations
The manager needs to figure out

motivation?
But how?
He tried to get the worker
excited
He tried various methods
Let’s go!
He tried to get the workers

He put various motivational
quotes all around the office
He tried to instill fear. But, nothing
worked
He tried to instill fear! Still, no
body bothered.
Get moving or
your fired!
He even tried to entice them !
With monetary or other rewards.

got the

These methods worked for only
a short period.
The staff did not respond positively
for a long period.
But none of them seemed to work for long
So, what is the way out?
So what should Manager do
now?
So, What is to be done?
To answer this question, We

fully satisfied
The Manager also knows that the monetary drive is
relative
And the manager knows that the

is also about
prestige and status
Manager should know that
motivational drive is more than just
money
Make sure you
give credit and
promote your
employees
achievements!

feel that they are a part of a group.

So the manager now knows that he has
to foster bonding & create opportunities
for social interaction
Which leads to the employees identifying themselves as a

After all these motivations, his team

Super Heroes
Who come to work ‘Motivated’
The company prospered
And the manager got promoted
