  IEC Group Commitment to Growth History IEC Group, found its genesis way back in the year 1981 when Sh. R.L. Gupta, laid the stone to found India Education Centre under his aegis with a dream to make India leader in Information Technology soon it become the frontrunner in imparting IT Education. In year 1994 with aim of expansion it was corporatized and India Education Centre Ltd. was founded later named IEC Softwares Ltd. and now IEC Education Ltd. (ISO:9001) .IEC with a asset base of over INR 500 crore is one of the pioneers in India, in the field of Information Technology has been a frontrunner in imparting IT training and Education at the length and breadth of the Country. IEC Education Limited is Listed on Bombay, Delhi, Jaipur Stock Exchanges. IEC has enjoyed its global presence with 7 branches and over 275 franchisee centres in India and in countries like Nepal, Maldives, Singapore and Oman; It provided a wide spectrum of unique Information Technology solutions and services to a clientele of premier organisations in the government.

  IEC Group Commitment to Growth Growth story India Education Centre (IEC Group), came into existence as an Association of Persons run and 1981 managed by Gupta Enterprises, a registered private family Trust established by Mr. R. L. Gupta and Family. India Education Centre took upon the Corporate character after being incorporated as India 1994 Education Centre Limited, which took over India Education Centre, owned by Gupta Enterprises and had taken upon the task of Establishing, Maintaining, Supervising Educational, Technical and Vocational Institutions; for training of Manpower. India Education Centre Limited , changed its name to IEC Softwares Ltd. & now is called as IEC EDUCATION LIMITED, to realize its ambitious objective of Dissemination ,promotion of 1998 knowledge in the field of Computer Education. Vocational Educational Foundation (VEF), has already marked its entry in the Formal Sector of Education by setting up, IEC College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, which has 1999 made a phenomenal progress and has expanded its field to Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Management. Vocational Educational Foundation (VEF) in Financial Partnership with IEC EDUCATION Ltd 2012 established IEC UNIVERSITY in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

  IEC Group Commitment to Growth Promoters Mr. R.L. Gupta- 75 years, B.A, L.L.B. Promoter Director has been a visionary with a social cause. A lawyer of repute for years has remained very active and involved in their group’s attempts to impart education and training through IEC. A practicing advocate and reputed author, Mr. Gupta authored dozens of books. Many of these books have been in circulation at various Government Libraries. He has bagged GEM OF INDIA, Award and many more recognitions in the field Entrepreneurship for building world class technical Institutions Naveen Gupta -40 years, B.A . Mr. Gupta is CEO and Managing Director of the Company. At a very early age, Mr. Gupta took up the responsibility of leading IEC Group. Having associated himself with IEC brand, he looked into the fields of Advertising, Marketing, Corporate Planning and Information Technology. Mr. Gupta has specialized in Personal Relations , Franchise operations, Business/Administration and Management. The Group under him is dedicated to build intelligent, informed, socially responsible society and well groomed citizens by imparting quality education early in life.   IEC Group Commitment to Growth Key People He is M.sc(Maths) from Kanpur University & has done 2 years associteship degree in Information Science. He is also pursuing Ph.D from Pune University. He has been associated with IEC Group since 1998 as a consultant. Mr. R K Srivastava Soon after his retirement from DRDO as Scientist in 2008 he has taken full time charge as Advisor to the Advisor to Chairman Chairman of IEC Group. He brings with him 41 yrs of rich experience form the field of education & research. He has published around 20 publication in national & International Journals. As advisor to the Chairman he takes care of all the academic related & administrative responsibilities of the college & head office. Along with this he looks agter all the new projects of the IEC Group. He is administrative head of most of the functions in IEC Group. He coordinates & gives proper informed suggestions to the chairman in order to facilitate him in decision making. He is B.E. (Hons.), M.Tech., Ph.D (Mech engg.) with very rich experience in education & corporate industry. Dr. A.K. Khare Curing very good grades/ marks in all the examinations. He served for 20 years as Director/ Professor (Mech. Vice President Engg.) in Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow which is a prestigious Institute fully funded by Govt. of U.P.  U.P. Technical University as the Pro-Vice Chancellor – 6 yrs.  Central Admission Committee of U.P. State Engineering Admission Test Cell as a Member.  Served as Chairman/ Member of more than 50 Expert Committees, at the State Govt. and Govt. of India level.  Advisor, Technical Education Dept., Govt. of U.P.  Chief Advisor, Sharda Group of Institutions.  As Chief Project Coordinator for UP state for “World Bank Assisted Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme” of GOI.

He has done LLB Dheeraj Mangal (taxation) form Kurushetra University in 2000. He has also done hins MBA in Human Resources from Amity University, Noida in the year 2009. He was a practicing advocate in Bar council of Punjab & Haryana prior to CFO joining IEC Group. Some of his achievements are:  He has streamlined & organized all the financial activities at the college level.  He has been given additional charge & responsibility of the administration of the college facility/campus.  He believes in team work & motivation people to achieve the extra ordinary targets. He joined IEC Group of Institutions on 7th Aug, 2006 as professor & director of Pharmacy college. He is an alumni of Faculty of Pharmacy, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi & Additional Director – IEC. He is M.Pharma, Ph.D (pharmacy) from Hamdard University & D.Sc (Alternate medicine). He is pursuing LLB. Having more than Dr. Bhanu Sagar Fifteen years of research/ teaching experience.
