Introduction
Every activity inside the current system is performed manually.
The aim of the project is going to develop web based saving and
credit System for Gyion .
Saving and credit system provides services like loan, deposit
withdrawals and transfers etc.
The web based system performs such services in:-
fast & modern service for different users.
secure live data (backup data),
saving time and effort wastage efforts of users
Problem of statement
Since the system is manual
It needs large number of labor force.
It needs large space for storage of document.
Difficulty to trace information easily.
Time consuming for processing and searching any
information.
Objective of the project
General objective is to develop web based saving and credit
system for the existing system.
Specific objectives:-
Study the existing system and to identify the causes of the
problem.
Propose possible solutions for existing system.
Develop a system in which all transactions are available and
easy.
Develop a system that shares information easily in the
institution.
Finally implement and test the new system.
Scope of the project
Scope of the project for web based system is applicable only for
web based Gyion saving and credit system.
Online register new customers/members.
Handling loan Service, saving deposit and withdraw money .
Update the customer information.
Handling online information.
Handle employee information database.
Generate different reports.
Significance of the project
• To Reduce their work load and labor.
• To make its service delivery process fast, to make its data
accurate and secure.
• To reduce the broad band manual work.
• To generate reports for managers and higher officials.
• To enhanced speed of the work.

design our database, Css, java script in html. Because:

deleting, editing (updating) and inserting as well as
retrieving the required information.
• Manage employees i.e add employee and delete
employee.
