Introduction
• Grammar helps us describe routines and habits.
• Focus areas:
• Frequency adverbs (always, usually, sometimes, never)
• Time prepositions (in, on, at)

Grammar for Routines & Habits
• Use Simple Present Tense
• Structure: Subject + verb (+s/es for 3rd person)
Examples:
• I wake up at 6:00 every day.
• She goes to school by bus.

• On → specific days/dates (on Monday, on July 15th)
• At → exact times (at 7 o’clock, at night)
Examples:
