electronically
Two types of blog
Narrative-driven : Account of what you have
done or experienced , e.g. excursions,
weddings or trips.
Thesis-driven : Essay-like blogs for expressing
writer’s opinions, providing evidence for proof,
with a final thought or conclusion.
Both types share one important aspect-
reflection.
Target audience
Usually people who share the same interests
You can address your audience / readers
directly in your blog
Ask them to respond to your ideas
Language
Note that the blog will be viewed by the public
online
Be sensible with the use of language

Use past tenses
Connectives
Tone should be chatty, informal, fun, witty
Include a core description of the event
Include descriptive detail of the people,
places and events
Include thoughts and feelings about what
happened
Final thoughts and a conclusion

Attempt to share opinions and prove to the
readers your opinions are valid
More formal language used
May not be chatty but should include personal
reflections
