How to make mango juice
• ingrediants:

How to serve welcome drink
• Materials:
• First, serving welcome drink for check in
quest
• Serve to quest upon check in
• Glass should be clean
• Tray •

Pour chilled welcome drink into the glass
Place it on clean salver
• Two glasses
• Place napkin holder as per SOP ( standart
operational procedure)
• Approach the guest with a smile and greet
them politely.
• Welcome drink • Say, “Good afternoon, welcome to our
hotel. Please enjoy your welcome drink.”
• Then ,Serve the drink using your right
