maintenance on the machine
● Daily Checks should be performed to ensure
vehicle is operational ready.
● Weekly Checks & maintenance should also be
performed Refer to reference manuals( Filters
should be replaced if indicated)

● 2X Fuel Filters 250 hrs
● 2 X Water Filters 250 hrs
● Crank Case Breather
(Check and clean 250hrs)
● Dip Stick (Right Hand Side)
check oil level daily safe to
operate between L and H
● Oil Fill Neck (Right Hand Side)
Replace Engine Oil 500hrs
● Auxiliary Belts (Check 250hrs)
● Engine PTO 500 hrs
● Engine PTO Breather (Check
and Clean 250hrs)

● Header Tank site gauge
● Header Tank Filler Neck
● 4 X Air Filters (Check & clean if required) To
access covers on top of hood require to be
removed
● Primary
● Secondary
● 60 mbar Restriction indicator
● Intake Pipes (Check for security and damage)

Transmission
● 1 X Oil Filter (replace at First 150hrs of new or
rebuilt components) (Normally replace at
1000hrs)
● Transmission Breather (Check and clean
250hrs)
● Oil Level Gauge (Left Hand Side) daily
● Machine off site gauge should be full of oil
● Machine running cold oil should be visible at
bottom of site glass
● Machine running operating temperature oil
should be visible in top portion of site gauge
Cold level
when ● Filler Tube (rear of hydraulic tank)
running.

checking and adjusting the ride struts.
It is recommended to charge ride struts

Setting Front Suspension
● R100E
● Front Cylinders:
Closed
● Cylinders should be filled with oil to the
maximum stroke (244.6mm) to allow the
cylinder to fully bleed.
● The cylinder should then be compressed from
Open the fully extended position by 229.6mm.
● The cylinder should then be charged with
Nitrogen to:
● Fully extended to 244.6mm – without weight
acting on cylinder. Pressure should be 1.93
MPa (19.3 bar / 280psi),
● Or 85mm from full extension – with net weight
of vehicle. Pressure should be 3.67 MPa
(36.7 bar / 532psi)

Suspension
Setting Rear Suspension
● R100E
● Rear Cylinders:
● Cylinders should be filled with oil to the
maximum stroke (165.1mm) to allow the
cylinder to fully bleed.
● The cylinder should then be compressed from
the fully extended position by 150.1mm.
● The cylinder should then be charged with
Nitrogen to:
● Fully extended to 165.1mm – without weight
acting on cylinder. Pressure should be 0.66
MPa (6.6 bar / 96psi),
● Or 65mm from full extension – with net weight
of vehicle. Pressure should be 1.46 MPa
(14.6 bar / 212psi)
