become densely populated. (situation)
Identify a problem or two caused by overpopulation and
(problem)
a. What can be done to solve those problems? (solution)
or,
b. What can the government and the people do to solve
those problems? (solution)
Sample Answer (ending a):
The Introduction:
Overpopulation, besides being a problem itself, can
become a source of myriad problems (paraphrased
question). The paragraphs below focus on the nature of
problems caused by overpopulation as well as on
probable solutions (declaration).
The 2nd Paragraph (Primary problems and the solutions) :
Too many people living in a city produces too much waste
to be managed efficiently in time. The unmanaged waste not
only occupies essential city space but also pollutes the
atmosphere, turns the living conditions unhygienic, and
spreads deadly diseases such as the dengue. The government
should increase the waste disposal management workforce
and issue strict policies about dumping organic and inorganic
waste separately so that the garbage can be processed
efficiently in time.
The 3rd Paragraph (Secondary problems and the solutions) :
Unmanaged waste specially littered ones not only
occupies essential city space but also blocks the drainage
system and clogs the sewerage networks. As a result, a light
rain submerges a city that restricts mobility, stops essential
services, and even makes emergency services unavailable.
The government should introduce recycling options that are
both environment friendly and lucrative in nature to motivate
the population to stop littering.
The Conclusion:
The discussion above clearly identifies some
severe problems caused by overpopulation and
provides probable solutions. However, the
government initiatives will not be fruitful unless the
people becomes cooperative and adheres to the
plans sincerely.

The government initiatives will remain ineffective unless the
people stop mindless littering, embrace recycling options, and
start managing the local waste together as community in an
environmentally friendly manner.
The Conclusion:
The discussion above clearly identifies some
