Lesson 6 • Click File Tab and look for Save. This will let the user access the backstage

view.
• If the document is being saved for the first time, clicking Save will make
Lesson 8 the Microsoft Excel use the Save As command because it will make the
user choose a new file name, location for saving the file and the file format
the document will be saved.
• On the other hand, if the user is updating a file or the file has already been
saved, clicking Save, will automatically save the file without changing file
name and file location.
