command may be formally transferred.
Circumstances;
• A transfer of command may also occur if the current Incident
Commander is fatigued, has exceeded the designated duration of
service, or is deemed no longer capable of effectively leading the

• At 6:45 AM, June 21, 2024, Davao city was struck a magnitude 9
earthquake in the Celebes Sea
• A tsunami follows and reached the parts of coastal barangays in
Davao Region.
• Residents in low-lying coastal areas evacuated immediately to the
higher ground.
• A total of 1,000 IDPs were unable to leave the staging area for
three days.
• Your Team arrived on June 23, 2024 at exactly 7 am.
• IC is already exhausted.
