Introduction
For this discussion forum, you will create a video recording of a PowerPoint presentation that you will finalize in
this week’s second assignment, Individual Project Plan Final Presentation—Scope, Justification, and Stakeholders.
This presentation will be used to help you complete Section 1 of your Week 5 Informatics Implementation Project
Proposal, covering the scope, justification, and stakeholders involved in your individual project plan, which will
ultimately be added to your Week 6 final paper. As evident in real-world executive settings, your presentation
should be concise. The executive-level PowerPoint presentation should be appropriate to be reviewed on the
agenda of a Board of Directors meeting at the selected Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).
Presentation Best Practices
• Write a script. The script should match your speaker notes.
• Practice before recording.
• Record and re-record as needed.
• Record in a space that is quiet, free of distractions, and has adequate lighting.
• Maintain an appropriate pitch and tone.
• Speak clearly and at an adequate pace (not too slow or too fast).

The healthcare industry continues to struggle with an ever-growing demand for top-notch
technology solutions that can help manage patient data, streamline processes, and improve
the overall quality of care (Cels, De Jong, & Nauta, 2012).
That is why the Star Health Alliance has embarked on a mission to revolutionize the way
hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities use informatics.
From cutting-edge AI-powered medical records systems to telehealth initiatives and more,
read it is important to consider how the Star Health Alliance is transforming healthcare
with informatics.
Strategic Stakeholders
The strategic stakeholders who will be the focus of our communication plans and decision-
making needs related to Star Health Alliance Informatics Implementation Projects are:
Board of Directors
The CEO
Billing team/head of billing
The project management team
Marketing team
Strategic Stakeholders
The CEO will be kept updated on a regular basis, with weekly reports being sent to them
detailing project progress.
The Board of Directors will be kept updated on the progress of the projects through
monthly reports. These reports will include an overview of the project status, a list of any
significant decisions that need to be made, and any risks or issues that have arisen.
The project management team will be responsible for ensuring that all communication
between the various stakeholders is coordinated. They will also be responsible for ensuring
that decisions are made in a timely manner and that all stakeholders are kept informed of
any changes or issues that arise.

informatics implementation projects.

if the project will improve patient care.

This will help decision-makers understand whether or not the technology costs associated with
a particular project are justified.
there are also other organizational factors to consider such as, the impact of the project on staff
workloads, training needs, and workflow disruptions, how the project fit into the overall
strategic goals of the organization
Understanding these elements can help decision-makers understand how this project will
impact the current operations and whether or not the associated costs can be justified
Scope of Work
The Star Health Alliance Informatics Implementation Projects are designed to streamline
and improve health information management across the enterprise. The projects included
in this initiative will focus on integrating and automating key business processes,
improving data quality and accessibility, and implementing advanced analytics and
decision support tools.
However, there are certain areas that are out of scope for this project. These include:
1. Developing or modifying clinical applications or systems
2. Configuring or customizing third-party software
3. Implementing new hardware devices or systems
4. Migrating data from legacy systems
5. Change management or end user training activities
