related activities.
Actually, private investments account for most of
climate finance.
National institutions already spend a lot of money on
climate related activities, even though it is not usually
recorded as such. Procceding to a Climate Public
Expenditure and Institutional Review (CPEIR) can help
get a better view of climate-related expenses.
