HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TEACHING ENGLISH?
ANSWER: I HAVE BEEN TEACHING ENGLISH FOR ONE YEAR IN FORMAL PUBLIC / PRIVATE SCHOOL,
PRIOR TO THAT, I TAUGHT AT UNIVERSITY AS AN ASSISTANCE OF LECTURER.
WHAT IS THE ATHMOSPHERE DURING THE PRACTICE OF TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS?
ANSWER: THE ATHMOSPHERE IS ENJOYABLE FOR ME, DESPITE SOME OBSTACLES, SUCH AS THE
STUDENTS ARE QUITE HARD TO HANDLE FOR THEY ARE STILL 1ST GRADE OF HIGH SCHOOL, I TELL
THE STUDENTS ORALLY AND APPROACH THEM EMOTIONALLY STILL WITH BOUNDARIES IN
DEALING WITH PROBLEMS REGARDING TO STUDENTS’ BEHAVIOR.

ANSWER: I GIVE THEM THE MATERIAL MOST OF THE TIME (TEACHER-CENTERED METHOD), I JUST
ADJUST THE METHOD WITH THE SITUATION I FACE IN THE FIELD.

SOME MATERIALS REGARDING THE UPCOMING TOPIC?
ANSWER: WHEN IT COMES TO ASKING THEM TO DO SELF-STUDY, I DO NOT DO IT, I KNOW WHERE
THEIR LEVEL IS WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE YET TO APPLY SUCH PRACTICE. I ONCE ASKED THEM TO
JOIN ENGLISH CLUB BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP, MOTIVATION IS THE PROBLEM AMONG THEM.
WHAT IS THE BEST ACTIVITY FOR YOUR STUDENTS TO IMPROVE THE INPUT OF LANGUAGE?
ANSWER: I GIVE THE MATERIAL BY LECTURING, SO THE STUDENTS LISTEN TO ME.
