Payroll Control Center Overview
The Payroll Control Center is an application that enable you to control the complete payroll process. And it help you to produce
high quality results quickly and more efficiently accessing directly from EC or Fiori Launch pad. And using this Payroll Control
Center can be reduced good amount of time going back to sap system and run process transaction by transaction. PCC is the
new user experience for payroll admin and payroll manager to manage and support the payroll process and also it is like front
end interface for Employee Central Payroll like EC (KPI’s+Alerts+Process=PCC)
Note: This can configured directly into production system and no transport required
• Pre Payroll (One Click Monitoring)
• Production Payroll (3 Click Monitoring/3 Click Production Payroll)
• Post Payroll (Posting to Finance & Bank Transfer)
The Payroll Control Center support the following user roles:
• The Payroll Process Manager: Who is responsible for complete payroll process
• The Payroll Admin: Who is responsible for resolving payroll issues that has ben encountered in payroll run
• The User: Who create payroll policies

The Payroll Control Center consist of the following tabs namely
My Process: (Payroll Manager)
The Payroll Process Manager to process the payroll. Payroll process manager is incharge of a successful complete payroll
process , payroll monitoring,completion status and planning for each payroll area
My Alerts: (Payroll Admin)
Payroll Admin to manage the employee master data and payroll data alerts assigned by payroll manager. Pay admin is SME(
Subject Matter Expert to resolve the issue while execution of payroll by Payroll Manager. It is related user and it is user
interface of the payroll control center for payroll admin and he/she is responsible for validating the payroll data
Unassigned Alerts : (Payroll Admin)
Master data or payroll data alerts that have not been assigned to any payroll admin yet. This is also one of the user interface
for PCC , any payroll alert which is not assign to any body by default assign to un assign alert
Manage Policies : (Payroll Manager)
Where the payroll manager or other user define the payroll policies . A Payroll policy is a set of validation
rules for employee master data and payroll data and any violation in this policies will result as alert which
then handled by payroll admin
Manage Processes: To define the payroll process (all payroll process )
Manage Teams: Payroll Manger can define the team to handle the payroll alerts ,to monitor the payroll process

In this step off cycle requests can be created for single employee basis which including off cycle payroll run

The One-Click Monitoring process is setup in PCC in such a way, that all
steps are executed automatically in case there are no errors. It is like pre
payroll and it is handled by Payroll Administrator
