BUSINESS CASE STUDY?
Step 1: Read & Understand the Case
•Carefully read the case study multiple times.
•Identify the main issue the company is facing.
•Highlight key facts, figures, and stakeholders involved.
Step 2: Identify the Core Problem
•What is the central challenge or decision point in the case?
•Are there secondary problems that affect the situation?
•Frame the problem as a clear, concise question (e.g., “How should
Company X respond to increasing competition in Market Y?”).
Step 3: Analyze the Context
•Industry Analysis: What are the market trends and external factors?
•Company Analysis: What are the company’s strengths and weaknesses?
•Competitor Analysis: How does the company compare to rivals?
•Financial Analysis: Are there revenue trends, profit margins, or cost
concerns?
Behavior analysis : What are the reasons individual and group behavior
at workplace ?
Step 4: Explore Possible Solutions
•List at least three strategic options the company could take.
