1. Objective
• Ensure safe, efficient, and quality racking
installation at CRETA project site.

racking installation.

3. Responsibilities
• Project Manager: Supervision & progress
tracking.
• Safety Officer: Enforce safety protocols and
conduct TBTs.
• Site Supervisor: Task execution and
coordination.

deviations.
4. Pre-Installation Requirements
• Site inspection and layout verification.
• Material and PPE readiness.
• Conduct Toolbox Talk (TBT) and fill attendance.

5. Installation Procedure
• 1. Mark layout using approved drawings.
