organize your content clearly, paragraphed/numbered/using

 Scope?
There is no scope of this exam. Need to go over the key points of each lecture.
Some suggestions:
1. Managerial-oriented, not technical
2. For the key points in these chapters, please review the textbook/tutorial and home
reading cases and the video demonstrations as well.
3. Definitions should be the exact wordings from the teaching notes.
4. For the structured or semi-structured questions, make sure you could grasp the
structure of each chapter, define the concept first and then give examples to
illustrate (better in business settings).
5. For the unstructured questions, you need to think deep about the association
between different chapters, and address the issue from multiple perspectives.
Need your comprehensive understanding, and critical/creative thinking!
