 Validations for TECO of Maintenance Order

1. In a maintenance order having WCM (permit) after WOCO (work completion) is done, the user has to do
TECO within 48 hrs, fulfilling the checks that - Permit should be closed completely, i.e. Work Approval having
status “PREP CLSD” and Work Clearance Document having status “EUG” (untagged) [in case of working permit
only Work Approval having status “PREP CLSD”] and Maintenance Order should be having Final Time
Confirmation (CNF) status. After 48 hrs only SE Maintenance ID will be authorized to do the TECO transaction.

2. In maintenance Order without WCM (permit), the user has to do TECO within 48 hrs, after giving final time
confirmation “CNF” status for all the operations in maintenance order. After 48 hrs only SE Maintenance ID will
be authorized to do the TECO transaction.

3. In a maintenance Order with Order type other than PM03, before doing TECO, attaching a Notification (New
[self generated] or Existing) to the Maintenance Order is Mandatory even if the order is self generated, either in
Objects tab or on header.

4. Entering Cause and Damage codes are mandatory before closing(TECO) of PM02 – Breakdown Maintenance
Order

5. Confirmation is Mandatory anyway for TECO of MO
