Induction is the process of inducing a state,

feeling, or idea.

Safety induction is a process of inducing


health and Safety ideas to ensure
protection of newly people in working places

To ensure all visitors/contractors/ New staff
engaged with TANESCO operations are abiding
with all the rules and regulation to ensure Health
and Safety.

To ensure all Visitors/Contractors/New staff are


oriented with workplace evacuation plans encase
of emergency or disaster i.e. Fire and Major
injuries.
Ultimate Goal of Safety Induction
Program
Ensure zero accident .

All visitors and contractor accomplish their


visits/activities in TANESCO premises safely.

Incase of disaster/emergency all people in


premises participate to ensure safety.

Abiding to all site rules and regulations.


Conclusion
Induction program is mandatory In
aligned with Zero accident policy

Hazards and Risks must be known


by visitors/contractors/newly staff if
accident has to be prevented
