Time Words – When do you do
things?
• • first
• • then
• • next
• • every day

• Example sentence:
• First, I brush my teeth. Then, I get dressed.
Simple Present – Positive
Sentences
• • I walk to school.
• • He catches the bus.
• • They ride their bikes to school.

• Note: Add -s to the verb with he/she/it.


Simple Present – Negative
Sentences
• • He doesn’t walk to school.
• • They don’t catch the bus.

• Note: Use 'doesn’t' with he/she/it and 'don’t'


with I/you/we/they.

• • Does he catch the bus to school?
• - Yes, he does.
