INTRODUCTION

• With increasing environmental concerns, banks are adopting green


banking practices to promote sustainability. However This conceptual
model explores how green banking practices shape customers’
perceptions, leading to changes in their engagement with sustainable
banking.
Objectives of the study
1 Analyze Customer Awareness – Assess the level of awareness and
understanding of green banking practices among customers
• [Link] Attitude Change – Investigate whether adopting green
banking initiatives (e.g., paperless banking, sustainable investments,
eco-friendly credit options) influences customers’ attitudes toward banks
and sustainability
• 3 Examine Behavioral Intentions – Explore whether positive attitudes
lead to actual behavioral changes, such as increased adoption of green
banking services.
• 4 Identify Key Drivers – Determine the factors (e.g., environmental
concern, financial benefits, trust in banks) that influence customer
adoption of green banking practices.
Methodology for the study

green banking.
