Ⅰ. General of the plant Building construction
1. Building part is part of the plant-construction.
Plant construction are composed of Civil ,Building, Steel Structure, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instruement &
Commissioning works.
Note
2. Precision is required
Equipment is required in millimeters of quality management during installation.
So, Precision is a very important factor for all construction activities.
3. Cooperation is absolutely required with other Tasks
If close cooperation is not make with other tasks, it may not be performed the construction.
4. Follow in work sequence
Work Sequence is core of the plant construction.
It is necessary to check carefully about the other underground construction when the foundation work.
Not only check building drawings But also check plumbing drawings and electrical drawings,
Should be try to minimize duplication of work.
