In disaster-stricken areas, communication is
often the fi rst casualty. Earthquakes, fl oods,
and cyclones damage cellular towers and
internet infrastructure, isolating victims and
making rescue eff orts chaotic and delayed.
Victims cannot reach out for help, and
responders struggle to identify needs or
locations. The absence of a reliable, offl ine-
fi rst communication system signifi cantly
increases response time and loss of lives.

• Victims to send SOS alerts (text, photo, or audio)
• Volunteers to view real-time distress calls, navigate to victims, and update statuses
• Communication using Bluetooth & Wi-Fi Direct—no SIM, no internet needed
• A mesh network to relay messages across multiple devices, expanding range dynamically
• Offline access to safety guides, maps, and shelter info
• Volunteers to trigger an alarm on the victim’s device upon arrival, aiding precise location
detection even in low visibility or noisy environments
This holistic ecosystem ensures that
every message finds its way—even without the internet.
