DATA ANALYSIS & INTERPRATATION
• Detail analysis of all the questions collected through
questionnaire
• It has to be in the following sequence:
• Data has to be incorporated in table with table no.
• Data Analysis: small paragraph explanation of tables
• Analysis has to be represented in chart (either Pie chart of Bar chart)
• Data Interpretation of the chart
Detailed analysis and interpretation has to be done for each and every
question collected through questionnaire
CHAPTER FOUR HAS TO BE IN BETWEEN 20 – 25 PAGE
CHAPTER 5:
SUMMARY of FINDINGS, SUGGESTIONS &
CONCLUSIONS
• 5.1: FINDINGS: major findings of every table is to be
explained in two lines with facts and figures
• 5.2: SUGGESTIONS: Any scope for improvement in
findings is to be given as suggestions (suggestions
should not exceed the number of findings)
• 5.3: CONCLUSIONS: the report has to be concluded
with an objective and it should be in two to three
paragraphs
CHAPTER FIVE HAS TO BE IN BETWEEN 3 – 5 PAGES
ANNEXURES
• It includes the enclosure of the following:
• Questionnaire used to collect the data,
• Company reports
• Company brouchers
• Financial statements
