What are the issues of social
media?
Social media has both its own benefits and drawbacks. It can
connect people from all over the world and provide them with
information and entertainment. But, it can also lead to so
many bad things! For example, social comparison, anxiety
and depression, online bullying, addiction, privacy concerns,
and the spread of misinformation. Additionally, it can lead to
an increase in screen time and can have a negative impact on
our physical health and social relationships. It's important to
be aware of these potential risks and to use social media
responsibly!!

First strategy:
Self-awareness: It's really important to be aware of how social
media can affect us personally, like how much time we spend on it
and how much it affects our emotions and relationships! It
involves being aware of our thoughts, feelings, and understanding
how they impact our personal development and interactions with
others.
Engaging in activities such as meditation, journaling, therapy, or
group conversations can help build self-awareness. Practice each
day with an open mind and remember to be kind to yourself as
you learn more about who you are and what you want in life.

Moderation: Setting limits on how much time you spend on
social media and what type of content you see can help us
maintain a healthy relationship with it. Moderation is basically
the practice of being selective and disciplined with certain
behaviors, like for example, for social media, it’s used to help
you be able to avoid negative consequences and maintain
balance in your life. To practice moderation, it's really
important to set clear limits and boundaries around social
media use.
Also, moderation isn’t always easy, but it's important to
remember that limiting social media use can free up time for
other more important tasks and help prevent social media
from impacting your daily life.

taking care of your physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual
needs. It's necessary for overall well-being and can help you be able
to reduce stress, increase resilience, and improve physical and
mental health. Moreover, self-care can help to improve your overall
