city for my Florida
location
I have chosen Naples as my city for my 3 houses
because of the upscale lifestyle, many of these homes
are built near amenities such as golf courses, the
warm climate all year long opens opportunities for
sports like fishing. Naples also boasts low crime rates
and A rated schools. Lastly Naples also hosts many
multicultural events annually

Why I chose Austin as my
city for my Texas location

I have chosen Austin as my city for my next 3 houses


because of the music culture, opportunities to perform
live music are endless. Another great reason why I
chose following houses are because they are all within
a decent distance from popular shopping centers.
Lastly Austin has a great variation of restaurants such
as Thai and Mexican food.

Conclusion I have learned that house prices
definitely change throughout the states. I
noticed that the Florida home prices
where roughly not a great indicator that a
house might have more square footage.
in addition, I noticed that the property
taxes in Austin TX are more than in
Florida. In Florida most of the homes and
neighborhoods are more kept up while in
Austin most of the homes had dead
grass. Both cities offered good schools
however Florida wins with better rates
school. I was mostly interested in the
property taxes and as to why it it more
expensive In Texas rather than Florida,
