What is Internship?
An internship is a pre-professional experience that provides an opportunity to gain relevant knowledge and skills prior to starting out in a particular career field.

gaining knowledge of organizational structure and processes in the industry, becoming familiar with new techniques and methods, shortening the transition period from studies to work.
