ABSTRACT

In this project, the planning, analysing, designing and estimation of a


luxurious-typed real-time project of a residential building has been
proceeding. The complete plan of our project had enclosed. It has
been designing as a framed structure. The total area is 230 sq m. The
build up area is 140 sq m.
INTRODUCTION:

As per NBC, our project is doing under the classification Group-A


(residential building). It is of G+1 structure and it has 2 bed rooms, hall,
kitchen in ground floor and it has single bedroom, hall, kitchen in the first
floor. Because of luxurious building, we are using maximum dimensions
for the plan of every rooms.
SPECIFICATIONS:
 GROUND FLOOR:

 Master Bedroom =4.8 X 4.8 m (23.04 m²)


 Bedroom =3.0 X 4.8 m (16.41 m²)
 Living room =4.8 X 5.1 m (24.48 m²)
 Kitchen =3.0 X 3.3 m (10.03 m²)
 Dining =3.3 X 2.1 m (06.93 m²)
 Pooja room =1.5 X 1.2 m (01.80 m²)
 Toilet =1.5 X 1.8 m (02.88 m²)
 Portico =4.8 X 3.3m (15.84 m²)
