BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
• Today's technology has become an unavoidable part of the
passage of time. Technology has not only changed
people's lifestyles but has also changed how we work,
learn, and interact. Various kinds of innovations appear all
the time, making our activities and work more practical
and effective. A more recent technological development is
the emergence of the term artificial intelligence which is
abbreviated as AI (artificial intelligence) which is currently
starting to steal attention as a tool to act like humans. In
its development, artificial intelligence has also penetrated
the world of education. AI systems allow people to learn
with the help of education assistants such as bots. The
development of the times requires the world of education
to adapt to technological developments to improve the
quality of education, especially the adjustment of

RESEARCH PARADIGM
• Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK)
Framework - This framework examines the knowledge
teachers need to effectively integrate technology for
learning. TPACK framework provide a scope for supporting
constructivist learning approach by organising technology
supported learning experiences. This theory were chosen as
the baseline of the study because they collectively provide a
rich and diverse range of perspectives and insights essential
for developing AI systems. This theory provides a holistic
approach to studying the impact of AI on students' academic
performance, allowing for a nuanced analysis that considers
the complexities of human interactions, learning processes,
and cultural contexts within educational environments.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
• The researchers utilized a quantitative correlational design
to gather the necessary information for the study. This
design allowed for the exploration of the relationship
between student awareness and utilization of powered Al
tools in educational settings. Quantitative correlational
design is a type of research methodology that focuses on
examining the relationships between two or more
quantitative variables. This design does not involve
manipulation of variables but instead seeks to determine the
strength and direction of the association between variables
as they naturally occur. According to Creswell (2014), "A
correlational design provides an opportunity to predict
scores and explain the relationships among variables. It is
