2. Favourites will only display the Tools that you used frequently and thus have bookmarked as
favourites.
3. Browse all Tools is the default screen you will see when you enter the DataLab R&D Tools page.

Organisation, Target, Purpose, Subject Area, Type, and Tags.
3. Click the ‘X’ icons to reset all filters.

Session-Based Tools

For session-based Tools, you
will see the option ‘View
Sessions’. Clicking on view
session will take you to the
view sessions screen for that
tool.

updated, Session ID, Outputs, and Status.

information such as Session name, Last updated, Session ID, Outputs, and Status.
2. Clicking the drop-down next to the session name will display the output/s for the session.
3. Click the drop-down next to the LAST UPDATED to sort the list based on the latest or oldest
sessions.

Accessing the tool registration page is a 3-step process.

Once you are on the tool


registration page, its time
to start filling the tool

Information should be uploaded with the appropriate metadata. The metadata comprises: Name,
Description, Tags, AD group(s) the app itself belongs to, Organisation, Purpose, Target, and Subject Area.

• Scroll down to the end and select the Tool Type


• Provide an image to be uploaded as tool preview.
• Add the tool version

“Done”.

See the “R&D Tool Governance” filed with
default values as “Do Not Display in R&D Tools”.

Click “Save” to
register the tool.

governance are “Experimental-
Published” and “Industrial-Published”.

NOTE: For now, this field is not editable by the general users and the tool owners
will need to contact DRD team (neha.k@[Link] and
[Link]@[Link] ) or IT team to publish their tools.
