INTRODUCTION
Generation Z, often referred to as Gen Z, is the
cohort of individuals born roughly between
1997 and 2012. This generation is
distinguished by its deep integration with
digital technology, having grown up in a world
dominated by smartphones, social media, and
the internet. Gen Z is known for being highly
tech-savvy, socially conscious, and diverse,
with a strong emphasis on individuality and
inclusivity. They are characterized by their
comfort with fast-paced, digital
communication, and their ability to adapt to
new technologies and platforms quickly. As the

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT?
We have conducted a survey in which we have
asked questions that will help us draw a comparison
between three generations GENX, Millennials and
GENZ. This helps us understand the difference in all
three generations.
• Helps us appreciate and or rectify where we are
developing or lacking behind.
• This survey will help us initiate conversations
between the three generations and help them
share their opinions about the things that actually
matter.
• This will not only the benefit the younger
generations but will also help the older
generation get in touch with the modern tech
savy world.

CONCLUSION
 There's more to Gen Z than stereotypes
may suggest. They're carving their own
path in a very uncertain world, juggling
their desire to seek adventure wherever
they can with their need for stability by
saving for a rainy day. While they may be
young, they're due to overtake millennials
as the largest generation. This ppt helps us
conclude that each and every generation
has their own strengths and flaws. Instead
of criticizing each other we should learn
from each other and grow to make this
