Introduction
• Oracle® Advanced Collections allows you to collect more money faster and with less effort
through streamlined processes that apply the best collections method to customers at the right
time;
• Oracle Advanced Collections is part of Oracle’s Credit to Cash solution which helps you improve
cash flow, increase efficiencies, optimize customer relationships and instill corporate and fiscal
discipline;
• Temenos objective is to realize the wide forecast of AR, OKE and OKS in the system and to
minimize the usage of Excel.

Credit Controller Process: open AR invoices
• The Credit controller will only have access to view their respective ledgers.
• They can view their full transaction details, along with customer history & contacts
• Each transaction activity has been defined by strategy which they have to complete step by step, so that Credit
manager or Back up credit controller can easily action in his absence. The below process flow
Universal work queue screen
The universal work queue screen consists of four major Categories:
i. Delinquent Transaction - All outstanding invoices, credit memo, Receipts & Debit memo are listed in this
section.
ii. Cash collection Pending – contains all blanks & prior cash collection dated transaction’s. that credit
controllers need to action
iii. Reminder overdue - lines which are prior dated and due on tasks assigned by Manager or self assigned.
iv. Task - Current dated or future dated task are listed in the allocated type.
Transaction Screen
Each delinquent transaction consists of transaction screen, which give s the entire history of the customer, Bill to
Site & invoice:
We can see the details by four parts & nine tabs related details,
i. Delinquency - Will show the details about the particular invoices.
- Tabs: Credit control,Tasks,Notes, Transaction, Strategy tab will provide
on this.
ii. Bill to - will show the details about the respective customer bill to site
- Tabs: Account ,Transaction, History can retrieve data based on
Bill to site level
iii. Account - will show the full details about related customer account number
- Tabs: Profile, History, Transaction, Aging tabs will populate based on
customer.
iv. Customer - will show about the entire customer history, Profile, History, Transaction, Aging tabs will
populate based on customer.
Tabs & their uses
1. Profile Tab
Provide details about the customer payment
Credit Rating and goodwill details of the customer
2. History
Provide details on inflow of the respective customer, such as when last invoice cleared and inflow
details

Provide contact details about the customer bill to site level, such as, Temenos Account manager contact
details ,Customer contact person & his address.
4. Transaction
We can retrieve all AR transaction details of the respective invoice number & also whole
customer’s AR transaction by opting the desire date ‘From’ to ‘To’.
5. Strategy Tab
Strategy in Credit control’s point is “Follow up process”. We have totally three steps of
strategy to complete the invoice follow u (shown below), this Tab will help us to identify
the current stage on the respective invoices
I. Invoice internal review
II. Emailing –Customer/AM/PM
III. Phone call - Customer/AM/PM
IV. Dunning letter remittance to customer

This tab will help to view the complete set of aging due dates of outstanding invoices:
by clicking on the ‘transaction’ tab, it will lead us to another screen that gives you the detailed list, as
shown below:

Notes – tab use to save comments.
Attachment - Back up emails data related to the invoices can be saved by using this option.
