Working with SmartArt
SmartArt is a graphic tool that
allows us to visually
communicate information.
Steps for SmartArt
1. Click insert tab and choose SmartArt.

2. When choosing a SmartArt, the
window shows us a description of it.
Choose the SmartArt that fits the content
of message.

3. Type the text in the SmartArt Task
Pane. If we want to remove an item, just
press the Delete Key. If we want to add
an item, just press the Enter Key.

The Design tab helps you change your
SmartArt graphic's layout, to change the
style, or to change the colors used in
your SmartArt graphic.

We can still change our SmartArt by
going to the by Layout group. Click the
drop-down arrow to view more.

We can change the color of
the arrows by clicking the
Change Colors Button.

We can always go back to its
original style by clicking Reset

When opening the SmartArt
Contextual Tab, notice the
Format Tab. It has the same
options as shapes.
Adding Pictures from the
Internet
1. Choose Insert Tab
2. Click Online Pictures Option
3. Type the picture to search.
4. Select a picture.
5. Select Insert Option
