slides by providing tools for
combining text, graphics, graphs,
animation, video, and sound into a
series of presentation slides.
This essentially replaced the
traditional slide projector.
It also gives you opportunity to share
your presentation with others.
RULES IN CREATING
PRESENTATIONS
10-20-30 rule will help you make
an engaging and efficient
presentation.
This rule was invented by Guy
Kawasaki, who is a renowned
figure in the tech industry.
1. Try not to use more than ten slides by
focusing on the key message of your
presentation.
2. Deliver your presentation within 20
minutes to have an attentive audience
3. Use no larger than 30 font size, and
include only the most important text on
your slide.
TIPS:
1. Stick to the 6x6 rule when using your text in
your PowerPoint.
