What is stage fright?

-Stage fright is a form of anxiety, and like


most anxieties, it’s about your brain and
body mistakenly believing that you’re in
danger.
HOW TO OVERCOME STAGE FRIGHT
There are 10 ways to deal with fear in terms of
public speaking.
1. Get your head in the right place.
2. Belly breathe.
3. Turn that negative talk into positive thinking.
4. Stand straight and open up your chest.
5. Let go of your intrusive thoughts.

MONITOR HYPOTHESIS
-The Monitor Hypothesis is one of five hypotheses
developed by the linguist Stephen Krashen.

-The monitor hypothesis asserts that a learner’s learned


system acts as a monitor to what they are producing. In
other words, while only the acquired system is able to
produce spontaneous speech, the learned system is
used to check what is being spoken.
