1) For participants attending symposium in person at Asia-World Expo, please
follow procedures on P.2.
2) For participants attending symposium via online streaming platform,
please follow procedures on P.3.

Transportation:
Four major ways to access to AWE
1. Through MTR and transit Airport Express Line at Tsing Yi Station
• Round trip cost HKD 47
• Conditions:
• Use the same Octopus
• Transit at Tsing Yi Station
• Stay at AWE for at least 1 hour
• Under this fare scheme, passengers can enjoy free MTR connections
when using the same Octopus (with sufficient value) if they interchange
within one hour of arriving at the interconnecting MTR line or within 30
minutes when changing between Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui
Stations.
2. Through Airport Express Line at Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station
• Same-day return ticket cost HKD 60
• Conditions:
• Redeem with an Octopus
• Redeem with a proof of entry of event at designated counters
• Only valid on Airport Express Line
3. Bus
• The bus terminus is located at the West Entrance. The bus Hong Kong Island E11, E11A
routes in the table travel between major districts of Hong Kong and
Kowloon E21, E22, E22A, E22P, E22X

events at Asia World Expo/ online streaming will remain opened.

COVID policy arrangement
1. In view of the latest development of the COVID-19 epidemic, SOEHK Annual Symposium will requires all
guests coming to the event venue shall follow the Prevention and Control of Disease Regulations imposed
by the Hong Kong Government.
2. Under the vaccine pass arrangement from 24 February 2022, generally all visitors (except for exempted
group, see 2 below) entering a "Specified Premise" from the dates below will be required to be vaccinated
as follows: review before printing by 30 May 2022~500
