Scrum Master is responsible for the following roles:
Facilitating Scrum Events:
Organize and facilitate all Daily Stand-ups,
Sprint Planning,
Sprint Review,
and Sprint Retrospective.
Removing Impediments:
Identify and remove any obstacles that may impede the
team’s progress.
Work proactively to address issues that could slow down
the team’s work.
Coaching the Team:
Educate the Scrum team on the importance of daily
standups
Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
Promoting Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate communication within the team and with
external stakeholders.
Ensure that the team remains focused on the goals and
collaborates effectively.

role of a product owner
The Product Owner (PO) is the Agile team member
primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered
by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned
with customer and stakeholder needs.
A Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing
the product backlog, ensuring that the Scrum team is
working on the most valuable features and that the
product is aligned with the overall business strategy.
Serving as a liaison between product and development.
Product owner set the big-picture goals and strategy for
their product’s success.
Staying accessible to development to answer questions
When they’re working stories and other tasks during a
sprint, the development team might be unclear about a
particular job assigned to them
The Scrum Developer
The Development Team is responsible for:
understanding the business requirements specified by
the Product Owner
estimating the user stories in the sprint backlog
developing the product/service (deliverables).
Achieve the goals defined for each sprint
Attend daily scrum meetings reporting the planned tasks
for each day
Assure to Product Owner and Scrum Master that the
allocated work is being performed as planned
Ensure a clear understanding of epics and personas
Provide inputs on the creation of User Stories to the

Estimate User Stories approved by the Product Owner
Commit User Stories to be done in a sprint and develop
the list of tasks based on the User Story
Report to the Scrum Master impediments to the
progress of the project, if any
Agree on the length of sprint with the other Scrum Team

Chart
Create the deliverables

for the next Sprint
