• Definition and derivation of volumetric average pressure

• Derivation of continuity and diffusivity equations

well tests and use of well tests for determining reservoir
characteristics
• Line source well solution for flow test interpretation
• Skin, wellbore storage
• Examples on: pressure build up, drawdown, interference tests
(type curve matching)
