Project Description

• Objective: Build up a Robotics Welding Cell to be

fully automated for parts tending, aluminium
welding and output.
• Product : Frame of Evolution Walker

Obviously this system is a complicated automated system.

Here are some difficult things in our project:
- Accuracy of 3D Scanner : will need to test with 3D vision
- Fixtures for automated welding with robot : will need to carefully
calculate, simulate, function test and site fine tunning
- Define right welding process according to fixture : will need more data
from current welding robot in China factory
