could = POLITE REQUEST = PRESENT context
FOCUS ON:
1. as an employee, Sarah is going to serve
the customer well
2. as an employee, Sarah is going to the
office on time
FOCUS ON:
1. as an employee, Sarah is going to serve the
customer well
(going to + verb 1= intention/planning)
2. as an employee, Sarah is going to the office on
time
(going to = progressive/continuous)
