Online Doctor Consultation System Overview

This document outlines a proposed online doctor system project. It includes the names of four group members and briefly describes the need for an online system to consult doctors for small health problems. It reviews existing manual appointment systems and identifies problems such as long wait times. The proposed system would use technologies like MySQL, Java, and Tomcat to allow patients to book appointments online and upload medical records for doctors to view. An economic, technical, and operational feasibility study was conducted. The social impacts could include attracting more patients, making appointments more convenient, and reducing absenteeism.

and discuss on our health problem.
 As we have to provide our information and other reports many times
at different places such as the medicine store which is again a burden
of carrying documents.

from the proposed system will surely overcome the initial costs and the later on
running cost for system.

Technical: • This included the study of function, performance and constraints that may affect
the ability to achieve an acceptable system.

• For this feasibility study, we studied complete functionality to be provided in the

system and checked if everything was possible using different type of frontend
and backend platforms.

Operational: • No doubt the proposed system is fully GUI based that is very user friendly and all
inputs to be taken all self-explanatory even to a layman.

• Besides, a proper training has been conducted to let know the essence of the
