Car rental service is a rental service
Travel agents are offering car rental and car hire making full
use of information technology to improve the level of
efficiency
Thisproject offers the best of services-both in terms of man
and machine
It offers an online car hire service for corporate houses
Itoffers the best rates and includes different categories of
cars from luxury to budget
Existing System
In the present system,organigations do maintain a person for
the allocating and proper functioning of transportation
Authorized person maintains the transporation details
in papers
Problems in Existing System
Details are stored in papers
Maintenance is a huge problem
Updations,changes in details in a tadious task
Performance is not achieved up to the requirements

The proposed system overcome the problems in the Existing system

Data is centralized which has overcome the sharing problems in previous system

Admin Module
Admin is the Super user of the system.
He is responsible for the creation and
maintenance of the accounts to the system.
Admin is responsible for the creation of
different kind of managers.
Admin looks after the maintenance of
these accounts.
He has a feature of getting the password of
a username ..
If we select the admin option
The screen looks like this
After the validation of admin id and password the new screen
shows the all admin features
If the user select choice 1 then it shows a new screen and add an
employee then it randomly generates an emp id like this
If user chooses a second option then new screen open and add car
details features shown by the screen then car is added successfully and
it randomly creates a car id then also ask to add more car or not like
this
If user selects a option 3 which is view employee then
new screen is open like this
If user selects a option 4 which is show car details then
new screen is open like this
If the user selects an option 5 which deletes the employee then the new
screen is open like this for deleting the employee it asks the emp id to delete
the saved record of an employee from the file then it ask for go back in
main screen
If the user selects option 6 which deletes the car details then the new
screen is open like this for deleting the employee it asks the emp id to
delete the saved record of a car from the file
For the employee there are following features like
For choice 1 it shows the new screen with new features
After choosing the right option then new screen is open for rent a car
After choosing option 2 then the new screen is open for show booking
details
Then it shows all the features one by one which performs
specific tasks

Conclusion
Cool Cab Services is a console application and it is
restricted to only a limited type of users.
In this application different types of managers have been
given access rights and they are restricted up to their
functionalities so that the data is maintained securely and
redundant data is prevented.
Here The Details of Employees and Drivers, cabs are
maintained. But employees are unable to view their
details .
Future Improvement
In future our application overcome the flaws if
occurred and attain new features offered to employees for
the flexible and easy transportation
Following are the enhancements to the application

Provide access permission to the employees
