If I have Covid-19
Managing COVID at home has two aspects:
1. Treatment
2. Isolation
1. Most important don't panic.
2. Get right medication at home after consulting with your
general physician.
3. Don't stop eating even if you can't eat or don’t feel like eating.
Eat fruits veggies, proteins like meat fish egg. Eat dry fruits. Just
never stop eating. Eat a little in very 1-2 hours. Even if you have
fever much dry fruits after taking paracetamol.
4. Boil 2-3 malabar nut leaves(basak pata)if available and drink
the water with honey. It works like magic. Drink lots of ginger tulsi
bayleaf tea
5. Drink lots of water in intervals
6. Don't use thermometer or oximeter too much. Stay away from it if
possible. It will make you more stressed out. Use it when needed utmost,
not before that.
7. Do gargling with warm salt water thrice a day. Do it for at least 21 days
8. Be patient. Symptoms will go away gradually. It will just take a little
time.
9. Don’t forget to complete your antibiotic course.
10. Eat something in every 2 hours. Its very important.
11. Take steam thrice a day.
