• A kite is a quadrilateral with two distinct pairs of congruent
and adjacent sides.

consecutive shorter sides.
The other pair of congruent
consecutive side is longer.

Opposite Sides…
• Both pairs of opposite
sides are not congruent.
• AB ≠ CD ;AD ≠ BC
