• In the automotive aspect EBG is well known for the
import of cars like Chery and Mazda. It is also the o
fficial importer of the modern and demanded truck
Volvo and it has also the acknowledged Volvo maint
aining service. In the service department we have t

rical workshop and Body workshop.

DUTIES GIVEN TO PERFORM
• There are two types of maintenance. Preventive ma
intenance and break down maintenance.
• Volvo Impact includes workshop service informatio
n, detailed catalog of original spare parts and acces
sories, detailed repair manual, service manual, spec
ial operating instructions for all products, fitting inst
ructions, detailed wiring circuits, intended specially
for buses and lorry of company Volvo

ong the preventive maintenance. We have the
electrical maintenance and the mechanical ma
intenance.
BASIC SERVICE
It is a service done per 20,000km.
It may vary due to the place it worked. If the truck worked in a harsh condition it ma
y be performed even earlier than 20,000km.
The job performed are
 Oil filter change
 Fuel filter change
 Engine oil replacement
 Checking of wheel
 Checking of the clutch
 Checking of all components of the vehicle as much as possible
 Visual inspection is made
ANNUAL SERVICE

Annual service is a service done per 80,000km

The jobs performed are

 Check and replacement of air cleaner /both inner and outer air cleaner/
 Replacement of steering oil with filter
 Replacement of oil filter
 Replacement of fuel filter
 Replacement of gear box oil
 Replacement of differential oil and hub reduction oil
 Replacement of ventilation filter / in the fuel tanker/
 Replacement of water separator filter
 Check and replace alternator and fan belt tension-er
 Check and replace fan belt
 Check and replace alternator belt
 Replacement of VCS coolant
 Check and replace air drier filters and A/C air filters
 Adjust valves and unit injectors
