Chapter 6: Findings and Recommendations
Hydraulic systems have many benefits, but leaks and plenty of maintenance
requirements stop many businesses from using them for their applications.
Luckily, proper hydraulic maintenance can prevent most of your problems,
including leaks, as well as maximize hydraulic system uptime. After all,
hydraulic maintenance requirements are not that complicated if you have a
detailed preventive maintenance program on hand. In this article, learn about
hydraulic fluid maintenance, preventive maintenance task lists, and how to
measure the success of your hydraulic maintenance program.
Chapter 7: Conclusions
• This summary, we can set up and operate hydraulic and electro hydraulic system using the
• equipment and software provided. The operation of the hydraulic circuit and electro hydraulic
• circuit can be explained briefly from the aspect of theory and logically. The identification of the
• hydraulic system components also can be done. Hydraulic are very important in industrial uses.
• In industry, many hard work need to do, such as clamping, transferring, shifting, stamping,
• pressing and embossing. In daily life, we can also see the tools using hydraulics system. we were
• exposed on working mechanism of multiactuators and how to design them based on the sequence
• given . We can know how to construct accurately and can arrange the component of hydraulic
• circuit systematically. Computer simulation was introduced to the experiment to improved
• practical skills and ability of students who study the mechanical and electrical control. It is not
• application. In designing any system especially when involving the mechanical and electrical
• setup, it is important to simulate the design in the software first before applying to real hardware
• component. For recommendation, the replacement of the components and equipment that are not
• really accurate in giving output should be necessary. The objective is achieved.
Chapter 8:
Learning Experience
• The internship work was the most useful and valuable program in my education
life , where I got many things to learn and understand practically and the
program has given me inputs about the process or the whole functioning of the
organization. In fact this internship was much valuable and added more value to
my knowledge and to my career as well .
• During this internship work, the company gave me the opportunity to study and
know exactly the various aspects of the organization in practical sense. The
organization gave me opportunity to gain the knowledge of various strategies
adopted by the organization and also to understand the duties, responsibilities,
etc of the various departments and its functioning..
