– NO regrind mills or reagent addition points

• Number of cells per bank = unlimited
• Total cell volume = 100 – 200 m3
• Cell mechanism volume = 10 m3
• Cell cross-sectional area = 22.9 m2
• Froth depth = 0.3 – 1 m
• Air rate = 500 – 1000 m3/hr

• Residence time:
– Use perfect mixing, based on tails flowrate
• Sb option:
– Use Gorain’s Sb predictive equation
– P80 = 70 m
– Aspect ratio = 0.61
– Impeller speed = 6.8 m/s
