4. As the contract is CNF,I insurance must be covered by the
importer.
5. In case of any dispute, Jurisdiction of Court should be only in
India .
6. We reserve the right to ask for amendment at your cost if the
L/C is not opened as per accepted Proforma Invoice .
We Request you to send back a copy of this Proforma Invoice
duly signed by Email or Fax immediately. Please apply L/C within
10 days as further validity is subject to reconfirmation.

NOTES: We reserve the right to ask for amendment at your cost, should the L/C
